Justin Rodriguez (Peter Pan) first RENT, then Urinetown, then Jesus Christ Superstar, now Peter Pan!? Justin Rodriguez couldn't be more excited to join yet another amazing cast, in yet another production. Big thanks to Steve Huntsman for his faith; to Evan, for his patience; to Mom and Dad for their undying support. And to everyone ese that has believed that ANYTHING is possible. Steve McMillan (Starkey) Steve is glad to be back with Signature for another show. Past Signature favorites include The Music Man (Harold Hill), Brigadoon (Jeff) and The Foreigner (Charley too). He has also been seen at Spring Mountain Ranch in Big River (Duke), Kiss Me Kate (Gangster), The Adventures of Tom Sawyer (Judge Thatcher) and with Jade Productions in A New Brain (Dr. Berensteiner). Enjoy the show - we've had a great time putting it together.
Erik Ball (Captain Hook/Mr. Darling) is thrilled to be performing on the Signature stage! He has acted and directed in over 45 plays and musicals, but his most challenging and rewarding role to date remains his position as Head of Theatrical Arts at Faith Lutheran High School. Much thanks to his Lord and Savior. Thank you also to Steve, Lisa and Joni for the support, his beloved drama students who inspire his own Neverland, and his wife Emily; who is his biggest support and true inspiration. He dedicates this show to her.
Brian Memmott (Jukes) is thrilled to be returning to the theater for the first time in almost two decades. This is Brian's first project with Signature and he hopes that his previous performances in Oliver! Sound of Music, Oklahoma, and hand puppet shows with the kids with come in handy. He would like to thank his wonderful wife, Holly, and his three children - Taylor, Spencer, and Nathan for their love and support.
Kaylie King (Wendy Darling) is a senior at Palo Verde High School. She has been performing since age 9. Her favorite roles include Maria in The Sound of Music, Lady Larkin in Once Upon a Mattress, Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz, and Chiffon in Little Shop of Horrors. She has enjoyed working with the amazing people involved in Peter Pan and would like to thank her family and friends for all their love and support.
Drew Yonemori (Cecco) has been in Las Vegas 4 years since leaving the United States Army, after fighting in Iraq. Drew is excited to work with Signature for the first time and hopes that his experience in A New Brain and Suessical brings to his character. Congrats to Justin and Jen. He would like to thank his family for their support.

Dylan Anderson (John Darling) is 14 years old and is a part time student at Centennial High School and a part time home school student as well. Dylan is so happy to be part of a Signature Productions again. You may have seen him in The Sound of Music playing the part of Kurt Von Trapp or a rambunctious boy in Cinderella. Dylan has also performed with the Red Mountain Youth Choir. The part of John is a dream come true, Dylan has always wanted to fly!

 

AnJolene Santivasci (Pirate) is a 24 year old graduate of the University of Idaho, having obtained a Bachelor's in General Education with a Minor in Business. She is currently attending UNLV in the Graduate Licensure Program to complete a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction. AnJolene has been a part of theatre and acting for 13 years, where her biggest accomplishments were Junior Female Actress of the Year, winner at the International Model and Talent Association, and recently a lead actor in two theatre productions at the University of Idaho. AnJolene is excited to play a male pirate and says, "I can't wait to fight with my sword!"
Alexa Freeman (Michael Darling) is 9 years old and in the 4th grad at Smalley Elementary School. This is her debut performance with Signature Productions. Currently, she takes dancing, gymnastics, private voice lessons and has acted in a couple of short films. Alexa would like to thank Steve, for this awesome opportunity, Heather Kefalas for her support and instruction...and her family...especially her mom for her late-night driving and rehearsing.
Sara Fontaine (Pirate) Sara is a senior at Coronado High School and is thrilled to be a part of Peter Pan. She is enrolled in drama and technical programs along with being an active member in her school choir. Some of her credits include Cinderella (Joy/Assistant Stage Manager), Anything Goes (Bonnie), A Christmas Carol (Ghost of Christmas Future/Fred's Wife), and we named co crew head in Coronado's production of The Crucible. She hopes to go to college later next year for stage management and would like to thank her directors for all their support.
Marci Berenato (Mrs. Darling) is excited for her first opportunity to work with Signature Productions. She is the mother of 7 year old twins who keep her having fun and very busy. Her previous performances include Godspell, Little Shop of Horrors, Pirates of Penzance, Red Mountain Music Company, lead singer for a jazz combo and many other special engagements. She graduated from UNLV with a BA in vocal performance and composition.
Terrence Williams (Noodler/Flight Captain) is celebrating his Signature Productions debut and is excited to be working again with Steve Huntsman. Terrence has worked previously with groups such as Cirque du Soleil, Time Warner, Farrington Productions, West Texas Productions, and Six Flags Entertainment. In addition to serving as Artistic Director for Stage Door Entertainment, Terrence is also currently working on mounting his first professional production on the Las Vegas Strip.

Elaine Fitzpatrick (Grown Up Wendy) most recently appeared with Signature in Into The Woods. She graduated from Pepperdine University with a BA in Music and Theatre. Elaine has performed as a soloist with the Virginia Symphony, and the Southern Arizona Symphony, also including the acclaimed Edinburgh Theatre Festival in Scotland. Elaine has had many leading roles on stage. Big Hugs and Kisses to Brooke and Daddy Tod for being supportive!

 

Jacqueline Melendez (Pirate Wench) is a vibrant musician, soloist, dancer, and actress. From church ensembles and productions to her first on screen role in a national short film competition she's always been inspired to pursue her career in the arts. Jacqueline has been privileged to perform with Natalie Grant and CeCe Winans and has also performed as lead vocalist with the Tony Marques Band. Her thanks are to "my Jesus", family, and friends for their love and support.
Katie Rae Bernauer (Jane/Indian) is excited to make her debut in Las Vegas in Peter Pan and would like to thank the wonderful cast and crew for such an amazing opportunity. Performing since the age of 5, one of her favorite roles was Tatiana in Midsummer Night's Dream. Katie is home-schooled and is passionate about acting, singing, dancing and is an avid reader. She would like to thank all of her family and friends for their support.
Taryn Earl (Nana/Indian) is a 6th grade student at Leavitt Middle School. Her past Signature credits include Joseph & the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Cinderella, My Fair Lady, and The Sound of Music. Other credits include Suessical and Annie where she enjoyed working with Sally Struthers. Taryn also stared in a nationally released DVD entitled Santa Sing-a-long. Taryn is a member of the Bunker Dance Team and models with MagicKids. Taryn thanks her family for their love and support.
Jennifer De La Torre (Tiger Lily /Liza) Jenn remembers being six years old sitting in her room watching Peter Pan starring Mary Martin and clapping at the television shouting "I DO, I DO believe in fairies! Fifteen years later, she gets to play her all-time favorite character in her first Signature Production. Most recent roles include Snookie Updegraff in 110 in the Shade, Nancy D. in A New Brain and Sally Bowels in Cabaret. Jenn will be graduating from UNLV this spring.
Kassidy Welte (Indian/Mermaid) is excited to once again be performing with Signature. Some of her favorite roles include Brigitta in The Sound of Music and playing an orphan in Annie. Kassidy is an 8th grader at Leavitt Jr. High where she is involved in choir and cheerleading. Kassidy loves volleyball, running, soccer and dance. She is loving this opportunity to be in such a great production with such amazing talent! She sends her love and thanks to her family, especially her sisters who are such great examples!
Tyson Croft (Slightly/Peter's Shadow) is thrilled and honored to make Peter Pan his first Signature Production and his third show to date. Tyson is working hard at CSN to earn his A.A. in theater. He would like to thank the incredibly talented cast and crew for this wonderful opportunity and all their support.
Sabrina Ann Ronan (Indian) was a graduate of Cimarron Memorial High School in 2006. Sabrina was captain of the Cimarron Dance Team, performed in the CCSD Dance Festival and competed in the Silver State Spirit Championships. She is currently attending the University of Nevada Las Vegas majoring in entertainment advertising and public relations.
T.J. Thomas (Nibs) is a sophomore at Palo Verde High School and is proud to be performing as Nibs (one of the lost boys) in his first Signature production! Some of his favorite roles include Charlie in The Foreigner, Birdboot in The Real Inspector Hound, and Narrator 1 in Rapunzel Uncut. He also took 4th in state for his duo interpretation of Jack, the Beanstalk, and the Social Services." He hopes to work with Signature again soon!
Kathy Ortiz (Indian, Pirate Wench/Dance Captain) after earning her BFA in Jazz Dance/Musical Theater, Kathy spent numerous years dancing for Walt Disney World, Princess Cruise Lines, American Gladiators and various revues including Les Folies Bergere. Following the birth of her son in 2000, she gave up the stage for the home and is now extremely happy to say "it feels great to be back on stage!" She thanks her loving family for wholeheartedly supporting her need to perform.
Brett Bushell (Tootles) is a 5th grader at the Meadows School. He began acting at the age of 5. Peter Pan has always been his favorite show, so it is with great pleasure and fun that he has the opportunity to play Tootles. He has also played the roles of Snoopy, Lefou in Beauty and the Beast and Troy in High School Musical. Brett dances tap and hip-hop. His newest passion is playing electric guitar in his garage band. He thanks his parents for their love and encouragement and his brother for putting up with him.
Adero Tuere (Indian) was born in Manhattan and raised in Chicago. She received her degree in Musical Theater from Columbia College Chicago. Adero has been involved in many productions, both on stage and off. Her favorite role thus far has been the Woman Who Loved to Make Women Happy from The Vagina Monologues...btw, thank you Eragon. Adero would also like to thank her boyfriend for ALL the support he has given her. I love you!
Ashley Nunes (Twin 2) is an 8th grader at K.O. Knudson Middle School, A-B Honor Roll student, and captain of her cheerleading squad. She holds the 2004 title of Jr. Pre-Teen and 2006 title of Pre-Teen Miss Nevada. This is Ashley's first time working with Signature Productions. Thank you to Steve for giving her a chance to perform with the company. I want to thank my family for all your support. Love you Mom and Dad!!
Ashley Waldman (Indian/Dance Captain) is in her first Signature show. Originally from California, she has been dancing since the age of 3. Ashley is the director of My Gym Children's Fitness Center, where she shares her passion for movement and fitness with kids everyday. Much love to Alex and the family!
Matthew Prince (Curly) is in his first show with Signature Productions. He has been in the musical Oliver where he played Oliver Twist with the Rosel Seastrand Arts Foundation. Other than musical theatre his hobbies are; camping, hiking, and swimming. He wants to thank Signature Productions for this wonderful opportunity, and his family for their love and support, but most of all his dad for always being there for him.
Michele Ringer (Indian/Mermaid) Michele is a seventeen year old senior at Spring Valley High School. She is involved in student council and theatre. This is Michele's first experience with Signature Productions and she is extremely excited! She wants to thank Signature Productions for this opportunity. She has played the parts of Emma in Jekyll and Hyde and Celia in Shakespeare's As You Like It. She trains in voice and dance, and plans to pursue a career in musical theatre.
Ben Kleckner (Twin 1) is excited to appear in his second Signature Production. Born in Las Vegas he was actively involved in theatre through out high school. Some of Ben's favorite roles include Master Harold in Master Harold and the Boys, Plato in Rebel Without a Cause. His most recent show was Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat here at Summerlin Library. He would like to thank Linda for her enduring love and support.
Nichole Bennis (Indian) is a fourth grader at Kay Carl Elementary and native Las Vegan. This is her first role with Signature Productions. She has been dancing since the age of two and is working on her black belt in martial arts. She recently traveled to New York City to dance at Radio City Music Hall. She'd like to thank friends and family for all their love and support.
Paul Villaluz (Smee) is a transportation engineer who was specifically identified as a performer of "average community theater level" during his recent role as Noah Curry in 110 in The Shade at the Spring Mountain Ranch. He has performed the national anthem over 100 times for the Las Vegas Wranglers. In this particular order, he loves his family, his Miss Stephanie, his friends, his iPod, and FIFA Soccer 08.

Creative Team

Steve Huntsman (Director) Steve has performed, designed and directed with various theatre companies in the community for the past 13 years. A few of his favorite roles include Johnny in Tick, tick...Boom! Tom Sawyer in The Adventures of Tom Sawyer, as well as Rapunzel's Prince/Mysterious Man in Into the Woods, The Cat in the Hat in Seussical, Portia in Cinderella, Judas in Godspell, Papa Ge in Once On This Island, the Scarecrow in The Wiz and Tom Sawyer in Big River. An accomplished artist and designer, Steve also designed the set for Signature Productions' Cinderella. His directorial credits include Nunsense and Joseph...Dreamcoat and he will be directing AIDA with Signature Productions/Super Summer Theatre next summer. Thanks to Mowgli, Pippers, Buddy Boy and the new one he hasn't found a nickname for because he's been too busy directing Peter Pan for letting daddy go play with his friends and to Sandra who supports him in everything he sets out to do!

Shauna Oblad (Musical Director) Shauna has been with Signature Productions since 1988. She has been on stage as Mrs. Flinders in two runs of Saturday's Warrior, and as Eulalie M. Shinn in Music Man. She has directed Fiddler on the Roof, My Turn on Earth, and Saturday's Warrior. However, you will usually see Shauna down in "the pit" with the orchestra. Just peek over the edge and say hello. She loves musical theatre and all the joy it brings to her heart and the hearts of those who come and enjoy with us. Shauna thanks her husband, John for his ultimate support in what she loves to do. She was educated in Music Education and Piano Pedagogy at Brigham Young University and the University of Utah.

 

Evan Litt Sr. (Choreographer) Evan is excited to be taking on the role of choreographer for Signature after performing in Joseph last spring as the Pharaoh. Evan graduated from LVA here in Vegas and then The American Musical Dramatics Academy in New York City. From there he went on to perform in Tours, Off Broadway, Cruise Ships, Regional Productions, LA Productions, Commercials, Film, and Video Games. However on 8/13/03 Evan received his greatest role when he became "Daddy". Evan would like to thank all the cast and crew of Peter Pan for this wonderful amazing show, Mr. Steven Huntsman for giving him the opportunity to create Never Neverland, his beautiful son who is everything to him and to the new beauty in his life who had to deal with his late nights of choreography and who puts a smile on his face everyday.
